Born and raised in Newcastle, England, Dr. Wong moved to California at the age of 17 where he continued his studies as a chemistry student. Upon graduating from California State University - Hayward with a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry and a Minor in Biology, Dr. Wong attended Palmer West Chiropractic College in San Jose, California, where he received his Doctorate.
Dr. Wong has been involved in the Chiropractic profession for 13 years and has been practicing natural wellness care since 2001. He continues post graduate studies on natural health and wellness care, traveling all over the country, attending workshops and seminars on a variety of cutting edge health programs. Dr. Wong has served on the Board of Directors for the San Diego chapter of the California Chiropractic Association. He currently practices in San Diego, CA, and is located in Point Loma near the Sports Arena.
In addition to traditional Chiropractic care, Dr. Wong lectures about natural health and wellness care and its many benefits. Dr. Wong recently launched his first book titled "The Chiropractic Way to Health" and has written columns for the local Point Loma Beacon newspaper called "The Wellness Column." His success with his practice members, who have been frustrated by traditional medicine and symptom-based care, is due to the ability of chiropractic to most often get to the root of the problem.
As a Chiropractor specializing in balancing the body holistically, Dr. Wong focuses on specific Chiropractic adjustments, corrective exercises, and specific stretches to allow the nerve system to function at its optimum potential. These techniques are a fundamental part of how Dr. Wong's practice has seen tremendous results and how he has been able to transform hundreds of people's lives as a consequence. Dr. Wong is committed to the highest levels of professionalism, education, care, and support.
In his spare time, Dr. Wong enjoys running, cycling, playing tennis, hiking and spending time with his family. He resides in San Diego with his wife and two children.
